- Assist the administration in combating student absenteeism and help support students who are chronically absent by being a liaison between the school and family.
- Coordinate and implement learning support programs for identified at-risk students.
- Responsible for providing support services to students to enhance academic achievement.
- Work under the direction of the Principal.
- Work under the direction of the Principal and classroom teacher to provide academic, social, and emotional supports.

- Crisis Prevention Institution (CPI) Phase 1 Certified
- Punctual, regular & consistent attendance is required.
- Crisis Prevention Institution (CPI) Phase 2 Certified
- Restorative Practices and Circles Certified
- Associates Degree in Education or related field experience with children
