    Position: Student Success Coordinator at Dieck Elementary

    Hours: Monday thru Friday; 8:15 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. (includes 1⁄2 hour unpaid lunch); 35 work hours

    Essential Duties:
    • Assist the administration in combating student absenteeism and help support students who are chronically absent by being a liaison between the school and family.
    • Coordinate and implement learning support programs for identified at-risk students.
    • Responsible for providing support services to students to enhance academic achievement.
    • Work under the direction of the Principal.
    • Work under the direction of the Principal and classroom teacher to provide academic, social, and emotional supports.
    • Progress Monitoring
    • Assessment of students
    • Other assigned duties
    • Crisis Prevention Institution (CPI) Phase 1 Certified
    • Punctual, regular & consistent attendance is required.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Crisis Prevention Institution (CPI) Phase 2 Certified
    • Restorative Practices and Circles Certified
    • Associates Degree in Education or related field experience with children
    Wage: $19 per hour
