    Head of (Clinical) Supply Chain - Cell Therapy


    A cutting edge clinical-stage biotech is looking for a Head of (Clinical) Supply Chain to join their team for their growing cell therapy portfolio You will lead all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.


    They are a small team of cell therapy experts dedicated to delivering life-changing therapeutics, led by a team of proven innovators and entrepreneurs.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain function and support business objectives.
    Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
    Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet production and distribution demands.
    Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

    Implement systems and processes to track and monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to team members.


    Qualifications:
    8+ years of supply chain experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical environment.
    Cell Therapy experience required.
    Experience building and managing teams.
