    JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

    The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that care is coordinated, services are delivered, and care managed appropriately. The Clinical Supervisor supervises all clinical nursing staff (RNs, LVNs, HHAs) and provides training, mentoring and coaching as necessary.

    COMPENSATION

    • Full-time, range starts at a salary of $85,000
    • Ask about our $10K, sign on bonus paid over 1st year of employment.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Registered Nurse (RN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
    • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program, preferred. Master's degree in healthcare, preferred.
    • One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
    • One (1) or more years of home health care experience.
    • One (1) to two (2) years of management or supervisory experience in health care setting, preferably home care.
    • Possess and maintain valid CPR Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.
    • Working knowledge of OASIS documentation requirements, required.
    • Complies with accepted professional standards.
    • Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal and written communication.
    • Access to reliable transportation.
