#1. Fiserv - Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Fiserv DNA core banking platform to support Ford Credit's transition into regulated banking operations.- Architect and configure Fiserv DNA core banking modules (Deposits, Loans, GL, Payments, Customer Information File).
- Lead core conversion, product setup, and regulatory configuration aligned to banking license requirements.
- Design integrations with digital onboarding (Mantl), fraud/decisioning (Alloy), and downstream systems.
- Drive data migration, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and go-live planning.
- Ensure compliance with FDIC, OCC, BSA/AML, and other regulatory requirements.
- 10+ years core banking experience with strong hands-on Fiserv DNA implementation.
- Experience in greenfield bank setup or bank charter conversion preferred.
- Strong knowledge of core integrations and banking operations.
- Configure Alloy workflows for KYC, CIP, OFAC, AML, and fraud screening.
- Integrate Alloy with Fiserv DNA and Mantl for seamless account onboarding.
- Implement multi-vendor identity verification and decision orchestration.
- Define risk rules, escalation paths, and compliance reporting.
- Optimize approval rates while maintaining regulatory adherence.
- Support audit readiness and regulatory reviews.
- 7-8+ years' experience in digital identity, fraud, or compliance technology.
- Hands-on Alloy implementation and API integration experience.
- Strong understanding of BSA/AML, KYC, CIP requirements.
- Configure Mantl workflows for retail and commercial deposit account onboarding.
- Integrate Mantl with Fiserv DNA core and Alloy identity verification.
- Customize UX flows, document capture, and e-signature processes.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and disclosures.
- Optimize conversion rates and digital onboarding KPIs.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
- 5+ years' experience in digital banking and onboarding platforms.
- Proven Mantl implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of retail/commercial deposit operations.
