Team Select Home Care is looking for a Family Caregiver to join our Team Select family.
The Family Caregiver provides non-medical personal care and assists with activities of daily living and related services in the home for sick and disabled loved ones.
The family Caregiver will report tot he Director of Operations (DOO).
Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health servicesParticipates in development and implementation of client plans of care per home health care agency policy and procedure, as appropriate.
The provided home health aide services reflect client plans of care.
Information regarding client plans of care is submitted to the Home Health Care Registered Nurse in a timely manner.
Implements current Home Health Aide servicesClient plans of care are discussed with the Home Health Care Registered Nurse on regular basis.
Client assignments and reports are received from the Home Health Care Registered Nurse.
Qualifications:
Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions.
Good verbal and written communications skills required.
High school graduation required.
18 years of age or per state regulation.
