- Establish sales objectives and individual goals for the sales team, aligning with store business goals.
- Enhance customer service and brand knowledge among associates, recommending growth-focused initiatives.
- Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Communications teams to drive in-store events and promotions.
- Ensure store operations adhere to procedures, including inventory management and security measures.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills in luxury or contemporary fashion retail.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Minimum five years' experience as a Store Manager.
- Effective leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
