Our client, an emerging french luxury brand, is seeking a Store Director for their Soho location

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a consistent client experience, recruit and develop top-tier staff, and establish best-in-class store standards to achieve retail goals effectively.
• Establish sales objectives and individual goals for the sales team, aligning with store business goals.
• Enhance customer service and brand knowledge among associates, recommending growth-focused initiatives.
• Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Communications teams to drive in-store events and promotions.
• Ensure store operations adhere to procedures, including inventory management and security measures.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills in luxury or contemporary fashion retail.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Minimum five years' experience as a Store Manager.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
