*Per Diem - Clinical RN - Float Pool*Location:
*Summary: Follow Frontier are recruiting for a Level III Trauma Center facility in Santa Fe. We are looking for Registered Nurses who either live locally to Santa Fe or those who would be willing to relocate to New Mexico.
*The Role: The "Float Pool" provides nurses for units that require additional resources. This provides an excellent opportunity to work in different nursing specialties to find the one that's right for you.
As a Float Pool RN you will provide nursing care to wide variety of patients within the hospital. You will provide direct nursing care to a specific unit within the hospital.
This may involve starting your shift at one unit only to be transferred to another unit later on due to a change in census.
However, it is also possible that a Float Pool RN may be required to stay on one unit because of long-term absences.
Float Pool RNs act as a patient advocates and help to facilitate communication between the patient, family and other health care professionals.
This will result in a holistic approach to planning, organizing, teaching and relationship development that will best meet the needs of the patient.
Based on patient census and acuity throughout the hospital the incumbent may be required to provide standardized nursing care to any and/or all of the nursing units within the scope of a RNs practice.
This scope includes medical-surgical, telemetry and acute care.*About the Facility*As Northern New Mexico's only full-service health care system, the hospital is dedicated to providing the region's residents with access to the highest quality care. *Education and Licensure:
*Hourly Pay: *$34 p/h - $46.24 p/h
*Additional: Sign on bonus of $15,000 for 2 year commitment.
Relocation assistance available (up to $5,000).
