System One has partnered with a Tulsa based company in their search for a Collections Specialist. This is an immediate need, so candidates who are immediately available are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting individuals and businesses to obtain late payments.
• Identify and maintain a list of services greater than 20 days past due.
• Process credit card payments.
• Investigate customer inquiries/issues and communicate with Billing and Sales teams to resolve.

• Must possess patience, good listening, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and win-back skills.
• Have familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Familiarity with Zoom phone function and Intercom ticketing system is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
