Assembly Tech - Tulsa, OK

Day Shift

Monday-Friday 7 am - 3:45 pm

$18-$19/hour DOE

Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic component assembly, integration, and repair relating to Company-manufactured mobile towers, masts and trailers, as well as shelters, control cabinets, and generators completely by working on bench tops or floor by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Positions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints.
• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to produce close fit between parts.
• Operates hand drills, drill presses, hand grinders, band saw, air tools and cranes to assist in assembly operation.
• Installs parts to assure free movement.
• Responsible for assembling electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and/or pneumatic component systems into finished product.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Conducts final acceptance tests of the complete product
• Perform quality checks on products and parts.
• Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS IN ANY OF FOLLOWING PREFERRED

• Electrical and wiring experience
• Mechanical systems experience
• Pneumatic systems experience
• Hydraulic systems experience
