The Assistant Manager in Training provides customer service leadership and direction to the entire store and team of employees. They monitor store activities to ensure maximum customer service and adhere to company policies. The role requires supervisory experience with retail experience being a plus.Responsibilities

- Maintains knowledge in sales responsibilities: food focus, counts/inventory, vendor relations, and selling point/engagement.
- Lifts up to 50 pounds occasionally.
