JOB TITLE: Commercial Housekeeper
EMPLOYER: LMMC Holdings LLC
DEPARTMENT: Operations
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations

SUMMARY: This role will serve as a commercial housekeeper that will work in our local clinics and corporate office, ensuring cleanliness and overall health and safety of employees and patients. Primary duties will include general cleaning tasks such as emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing surfaces in offices and breakrooms focusing on the high-profile areas like lobbies, patient rooms and restrooms. This is a full-time position; hours would be from 5p-1a Monday-Friday after close of business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, including counter tops, trash cans, sinks, and fixtures

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks and fixtures.

• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

• Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces

• Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches and handrails.

• Refill soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper dispensers

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed

• Follow established safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly

• Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Report and maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

• Follow cleaning schedule and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly and in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a cleaner or janitor, preferably in a commercial or business setting

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

• Ability to work independently

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to travel between multiple locations during shift

• Flexibility to work during non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends

• High school diploma or equivalent
