- Paid Time Off Programs (including vacation, sick time, holiday pay). Newly hired full-time employees will receive a one-time pro-rated allocation of up to 24 hours of vacation in their first year based on the hiring month. Paid sick time as per relevant state laws. Receiving: Utilize forklift, and/or other power equipment to unload freight, process product via RF Scanner onto dock for stocking.
Stocking: Use RF Scanner to replenish bins, manage inventory freight for order picking on foot or reach lift.
Order Filling: Employ Voice Collect headset to pick and prepare merchandise for shipping, efficiently fulfilling orders on foot or with forklift.
Shipping: Operate forklift or other power equipment to load product strategically onto outbound trailers.
- Champion safety by fostering a safe and efficient workplace through your actions, including correct usage of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment, and proper lifting techniques as specified by the role.
- Actively contribute to fostering a successful safety culture at the facility.

- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Capable of stooping, squatting, and kneeling regularly
- Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs when necessary
