    Join one of the nations largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking a Family medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Health Center - Brookfield in Brookfield, WI.

    Highlights

    • Position and Practice Details: The opening is for a 1.0 FTE physician to replace a NP at Aurora Brookfield Clinic
    • The practice includes 11 physicians with specialties in Internal Medicine and Family Practice, plus four pediatricians. 
    • Clinicians participate in shared call groups, and the clinic operates Monday through Friday with some flexibility in scheduling and convenience hours. 
    • Clinic Facilities and Support: Physicians have access to specialized equipment like a colposcope available. 
    • Staffing includes one dedicated medical assistant per provider and six RNs who assist with triage and Medicare Wellness Exams. A float APC supports coverage during provider absences and overflow. 
    • The clinic offers extensive on-site services including radiology, lab, pharmacy, physical therapy, and multiple specialty referrals. 
    • Conveniently located to work close to home in a urban, suburban or rural living setting
    • Two year income guarantee from $333,037 to $333,037 as well as student loan forgiveness and sign on bonus up to $125,000
    • EPIC EMR
    • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
