    Job Description:

    As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation strategy, ensuring that we attract, retain, and motivate top talent.     Responsibilities:

    • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to evaluate compensation data, market trends, and internal equity. Provide data-driven insights to inform compensation decisions.
    • Market Research: Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive within the industry and region.
    • Salary Structure: Assist in the development and maintenance of salary structures, pay scales, and salary ranges. Recommend adjustments as necessary.
    • Compensation Planning: Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement compensation programs and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives.
    • Job Evaluation: Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to ensure accurate job classifications and equitable pay practices.
    • Compensation Communication: Prepare and communicate compensation-related materials, including offer letters, compensation statements, and policies, to employees and management.
    • Compliance: Stay updated on federal and state regulations related to compensation and benefits. Ensure the organization's practices are compliant with relevant laws.
    • Performance Management: Assist in integrating compensation and performance management processes to support employee development and engagement.
    • Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity and accuracy in compensation databases and systems.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
    • Knowledge of compensation principles, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and incentive programs.
    • Familiarity with HRIS and compensation software.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
