Position Summary:
As the Marketing Director at Austin Hose, you will lead the marketing department and be directly responsible for managing and executing the company's marketing and advertising initiatives.
This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales growth, and support the company's objectives.
The right candidate for this job will offer fresh, cutting-edge ideas to keep Austin Hose at the forefront of marketing innovation.
You will be working closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing and other department leaders to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Oversee the company's social media strategy, ensuring engaging and consistent content across all platforms to engage customers and build community.
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns and work closely with the sales department to devise strategies that drive lead generation and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Additional Responsibilities:
Be prepared to take on varied tasks within the marketing domain as needed, reflecting the dynamic and flexible culture of Austin Hose.
Travel Requirement:
This position may require occasional travel to support marketing activities such as trade shows and events.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Experience in managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and analytics.
Degree:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree preferred but not required.
Professional certifications in marketing or related areas can be an added advantage, such as certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or project management.
