RESIDENT SERVICES ASSISTANT / COMMUNITY VAN DRIVER
Nestled in the heart of Littleton, Colorado, RiverPointe Senior Living is an independent senior living community committed to creating an active, welcome, and engaging lifestyle for our residents. We are seeking a dependable, service-minded professional to support our Resident Services Director with community programs and serve as the primary driver for our community van. The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive, energetic approach that helps residents feel valued, connected, and excited to participate in community life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Transportation
- Safely operate a 10-passenger van
- Transport residents to medical appointments, shopping, outings, and events
- Assist residents entering/exiting the vehicle and secure mobility devices when needed
- Maintain trip schedules, mileage logs, and vehicle cleanliness
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues
Resident Services & Events
- Assist the Resident Services Director with set up and tear down of community events and activities
- Actively engage with residents and guests during events
- Assist Resident Services Director with programs and daily operations
- Provide courteous, respectful service to residents and guests
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass background, drug and alcohol screening, and motor vehicle record checks
- Customer service, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred
- Able to assist residents with heavier items
- Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
This position does not require a Commercial Driver's License and is not regulated under Department of Transportation testing rules. However, because transporting residents is a safety-sensitive responsibility, our community follows a drug and alcohol testing program similar to DOT standards, which may include pre-employment, random, post-incident, and reasonable-suspicion testing in accordance with company policy and Colorado law.

- Assist residents in and out of passenger van
