    Position: RFP Writer

    Department: Relationship Management

    Location: Boston

    Reports to: RFP Manager and Head of Client Service

    Organization Overview

    Responsibilities

    • Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) for current and potential clients on behalf of Boston Partners' domestic and international distribution channels.
    • with multiple departments throughout the firm, including portfolio management, compliance/legal, trading, operations, performance measurement, and information technology.
    • ongoing updates to policies, firm information, personnel, and other pertinent information that must be distributed to clients and prospects in a timely manner.
    • the maintenance of external investment consultant databases used by prospects and clients.
    • quality control, monitoring for accuracy and integrity of information on consultant databases.
    • on new business activities for management & sales purposes.

    Qualifications

    • degree, business/finance concentration preferred.
    • analytic and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, pay attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
    • communication skills and professional demeanor as position requires interaction with employees throughout the firm, including senior management.
    • in MS Word and Excel required.
    • to work additional hours as needed, especially at quarter end.
