Job summary
Reporting to the Associate Director for UF Online, the UF Online Academic Operations Specialist supports the academic mission of UF Online by monitoring course offerings, tracking course development/refresh schedules, and supporting new program launches.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Course Scheduling, Registration
& Readiness Audit upcoming term schedule of courses to ensure accuracy,
& completeness,
& alignment with approved UF Online offerings;
/li> - Coordinate with schedulers and campus partners to ensure courses are correctly configured in Campus Solutions;
/li> - Evaluate feedback from UF Online academic advisors and academic data to identify opportunities for improvement
