Job DescriptionDuties
· Produce legal documents by merging data to produce documents related to the legal process including spreadsheets, reports, letters, summonses, affidavits, service information, and judgments.
· E-file legal documents.
Requirements
· Advanced computer skills with workflow process focus
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, WordPerfect, ACCESS)
· Knowledge of pre- and post-judgment process helpful
· Experience filing legal papers by electronic means with New York State Courts
· Detail oriented
· Well organized with excellent follow-up skills
· Able to meet deadlines
· Able to multi-task
· Work well in fast-paced, high-volume environment
· Must be a good team player
· Possess excellent communication skills
