- Minor Maintenance, Upkeep & Repairs
- Conducts regular maintenance walk throughs with Program Management
- Comply with applicable regulation, Agency policies, procedures and budget allocations.
- Exterior Care/Maintenance
- Assist with special events such as Agency Anniversary, Summer Bash, etc.
- Respond to emergencies as directed by Associate Executive Director of Quality Enhancement

About the Role*We are looking for a proactive employee who maintain the cleanliness, safety and repair of Agency owned and/or operated facilities.
Responsibilities include:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*Five years' experience in maintenance or building trades. Keep current with continuing education as needed.
Conditions of Employment*Must have a valid NYS Driver License in accordance with the Agency Vehicle and Driving policy for use of Agency vehicle.
