Project Manager Job Description

Primary Work Location, Franklin Lakes NJ

Hybrid Work model(3 days / week office)

Duration:
April 2024 to March 2025


Required Skills:
Project Manager IT ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING 5-7 years experience who has completed

at least 3 implementations in SAP or JD Edwards

Experience managing Complex project, Manages scope, Budget Governance , Schedules. Will interact with stakeholders, and vendors strong

Supply chain PMP required

Program Management Concepts

Has technical and practical knowledge of the core Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) concepts and principles (e.g., agile, work breakdown structure, waterfall planning)

Demonstrated experience in driving projects from initiation through closure.

Skilled in establishing detailed scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project tools (MS Project/SharePoint/etc.)

Experienced establishing Stakeholder management plans, Risk/issue management plans, Vendor management plans and Quality plans.

Experienced establishing and following controls to manage scope change and reporting project schedule/budget performance.

Experience managing Transportation projects in an ERP environment with a structured SDLC release cycle, with integration to external TMS/WMS applications.

Proactive in surfacing risks and issues. Ability to engage project team and stakeholder community to resolve issues and define risk mitigations.

Experienced in the techniques to work in a virtual/cross cultural meeting environment.

Excellent time management skills. Able to work on multiple concurrent activities and prioritize personal workload and team-work load to optimize project delivery.

Ability to lead effective meetings/workshops. Creating meeting objectives, agendas, and timely distribution of meeting minutes.

Ability to manage meeting discussions to achieve meeting objectives and timeline.

Qualifications

Must haves

5

7 years of project management work experience using PMBOK guidelines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Project, SharePoint.

Preferred

BS in business administration or project management with 6 years working in a global manufacturing company in FDA regulated environment.

ACP, SCRUM Certification, PMP, PgMP, Prince II, or equivalent.

Experience working with Transportation within the Integrated Supply Chain functional area involving ERP systems with associated release schedules.

Primary Work Location

Franklin Lakes, NJ USA - Hybrid Work model (3 days / week)

Project will require approx. ?20 % US domestic travel if based in Franklin Lakes.
