We are looking for a talented and motivated Sheetmetal Specialist who enjoys a supportive, family-oriented work environment and is eager to contribute to our success in the industry.

This role involves traveling to multiple job sites throughout Central, East, and West Florida, with our main office located in Cocoa, FL. We seek a proactive individual experienced in Sheetmetal mechanics who excels in a collaborative atmosphere.

Responsibilities of the Sheetmetal Specialist:

• Install HVAC mechanical systems and equipment in commercial structures.
• Collaborate closely with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
• Accurately read and interpret building plans and specifications.
• Evaluate and identify materials needed for specific tasks.
• Understand and adhere to OSHA regulations.
• Enforce safety measures on job sites.
• Train and mentor new team members to develop their skills.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to the Sheetmetal field.
• Knowledgeable about building codes, safety regulations, and safe practices.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and rough drawings.
• Familiar with general Sheetmetal practices and SMACNA standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of managing projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Competency in basic mathematics and measurement conversions.
• Able to effectively manage field personnel.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide crews in completing tasks on schedule.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in the Sheetmetal trade preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must provide personal hand tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
