    Job title: Mechanical Commissioning Engineer

    Job Opportunity

    This role supports the development and execution of mechanical commissioning projects from initial engagement to project turnover. The successful candidate will develop test schedules, finalize test procedures, review project submittals for design intent consistency, and maintain project cadence.

    The Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will work with recognized subject matter experts in hyperscale technologies and have opportunities for professional growth through hands-on certifications and training.     • Support all aspects of safety during mechanical tests
    • Contribute to complete commissioning performance acceptance testing of mechanical infrastructure systems
    • Develop all mechanical test procedures MOPS SOO's checklists QAQC perform equipment inspection vendor coordination management provide input insight overall commissioning plan daily report Commissioning Project Manager attend customer Factory Witness Test Assist factory site personnel prepare witness data ensure accurate records provide documentation that equipment is delivered installed tested correctly sets function properly client Support design specification review manufacturer submittal one line drawing sets execute scripts confirm system operation specify conduct facility walk downs turnover punch list reviews general understanding LEED specifications requirements new business opportunities CAI promote value clients Duties increased experience skill level required qualifications Bachelor's degree equivalent experience knowledge OSHA safety good written verbal communication skills ability read interpret PIDs specs mission critical concepts various BAS BMS AH VRF CRAC CRAH sensors flowmeters basic thermodynamics heat transfer fluid flow TAB process trend analysis strong Word Excel PowerPoint analytical reasoning complex problems solve contribute high-quality deliverables work construction conditions extensive travel expected excellent oral English proficiently communicate effectively customers vendors candidates passport sponsor immigration purposes US residents undocumented aliens exclusion covered requires legal permanent resident status EVerify compliance certification preferred
