OverviewOur client is an established full service design build mechanical contractor that is currently seeking a Project Executive to join their growing team within the San Jose, California market.

Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage manpower, project coordination, technical advice, safety practices, quality control, and organization for plumbing and HVAC projectsproject management of design build / design assistParticipate in preliminary job/safety walk , billing , and cost to complete meetingsInspect and review projects to monitor compliance with specifications, drawings, building and safety codesProvide cost proposals, engineering and budgeting as necessaryDevelop constructive and long lasting relationships with general contractors, and customers.

Develop and lead effective teamsEducation Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Construction
Experience Qualifications:5+ years of onsite / industry experienceMust have demonstrated ability to manage multiple HVAC and purity piping and controls projectsAbility to work and travel to and from site
