Cassia is hiring an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our growing team Based at our Edina corporate office this role offers a strong balance of collaboration and flexibility with the potential for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of training once expectations are met and consistently maintained If you re looking for a leadership opportunity where your expertise is valued and your work directly supports high quality care across multiple campuses this is an exciting next step As the Accounts Receivable Manager you will oversee billing operations for multiple skilled nursing campuses support billing rate maintenance manage vaccine billing and resident trust functions lead a team through regular coaching and one on one meetings You ll partner with internal teams on financial verifications reconciliations aging support and staff training while ensuring compliance with state and federal long term care regulations The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail effective communication skills and prior leadership experience in long term care or collections
