We have an opportunity for a full time Cardiologist within our medical practice group, which is part of Montefiore Nyack Hospital located in West Nyack (Rockland County, NY.) Come join a team of 4 other Cardiologists to provide patient care to our community.
The Cardiologist provides direct care to Cardiology patients for a fast-paced practice and serves as a consistent care coordinator through the continuum of care.
The practice has a clinical team of staff to support the Cardiologists. Directs patients to the next appropriate service and tracks their progress.Assures that all patients receive appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medical screening and medical evaluation whenever indicated, and that all medical patient care is appropriately documented in the medical record.

The FJ Borelli Family Emergency Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital offers safe, high-quality emergency care.
As a designated Level III Trauma Center, it has proven its ability to provide prompt assessment, resuscitation, surgery, intensive care and stabilization of injured patients.

NYS Physician License.
Experience:
Cardiology outpatient experience. Board-certified or eligible. Nuclear and Echo experience preferred.
Licensure:
License and currently registered physician in the State of New York. Already established patients within the practice. Would see approximately 20 patients per day outpatient. On call rotation among the Cardiologists and other Physicians to cover at Montefiore Nyack Hospital.
Other:
Qualified for membership on the Medical Staff. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Work effectively as a member of a culturally competent multidisciplinary team, have a thorough understanding of member rights, and knowledge of basic medical practice.
We have an excellent compensation and benefits package. The compensation has a base salary and wRVU bonus structure.
