De Fuego is a South American Texas Grille & Whiskey Bar. Located in the heart of Clackamas, Oregon. Our one-of-a-kind dining experience combines South American flavor and flame. We specialize in well-prepared meats, tapas, pizza, and an array of delectable salads, as well as other delicious vegetarian options. Our whiskey menu offers rare handpicked selections from around the world. Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, and setting decorations, service plates, and utensils.
• Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages, and cleaning chalkboards.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs.
• Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
• Closed dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and removing trash from the facility.

Required:

• Current Food Handlers Permit.
• Current OLCC Permit.
• Part-Time/Full-Time open availability
