As the DAS Superintendent at IES, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all project work is executed in line with safety, quality, and financial performance standards. You'll be responsible for managing project staff, ensuring project profitability, meeting deadlines, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and supervise project staff
• Act as the main Company liaison with customers
• Manage project profitability and deadlines
• Ensure job completion within budget
• Review job cost postings and prepare financial reports
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot technical issues
• Monitor operational processes and implement improvements
• Lead operations meetings and training sessions
• Manage tools and inventory
• Complete any other assigned responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Highly skilled in interpreting blueprints and project documents
• Ability to travel and work in various environments
• Experience in telecommunications or related field

Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
• Minimum of 3 years as a Lead Communications Technician
• Minimum of 5 years in telecommunications or related field
