With 3 strategically located warehouses we service three functional sales businesses vertically integrated to the Mass Market, Health Food and Ethnic channels of trade across the U.S.A., Canada, and Internationally.
Position Overview:
We have an immediate opportunity for an ambitious, energetic and positive individual. We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist that will also support some aspects of Sales. This position includes customer service to general consumers as well as business to business sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for all sales support duties that include but are not limited to:
- Responding to phone & email inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
- Order entry & invoicing
- Filing, filing dispute
- Miscellaneous clerical tasks
- Some logistics and provide support to the Sales & Marketing teams
Other duties as required to support team goals and objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must sustain a sense of urgency, strong commitment, and have great accountability to fulfill this position.
- Must be able to work in a fast pace working environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain all customer relationships.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Good problem solving and time management skills.
- Good experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Capability to learn invoicing/order processing systems.
- Previous experience in a sales support/customer service role or similar position is preferred.
