    RSC2 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Control Analyst to support the RSC2 Corporate office. This position is fully remote, but the individual must be able to support Eastern Standard Time.
    Responsibilities will likely include, but not be limited to the following:
    Interface with program managers, RSC2's finance, accounting, contracts, subcontracts, and procurement organizations, as well as external customers on a daily basis to address operational issues in a timely and effective manner
    Support cash flow improvement initiatives by maintaining detailed, complex invoice backup reports that drive customer invoice approvals
    Preparation of financial deliverables and internal/external reports to include invoicing backup
    Support development of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, monthly latest revised estimates (LREs), and Estimates At Complete (EACs)
    Participate in the development of budgets (spend plans) for assigned programs and perform financial analysis on funding profiles and program financial variances
    Conducts cost, schedule, and contract performance variance analysis
    Submit and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors, consultants, and materials; monitoring subcontractor's cost and review/approve of invoices
    Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting requirements
    Reporting & presenting financials to leadership in an accurate and concise manner
    Support other programmatic ad hoc requests, as needed.
    Requirements

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
    10+ years of relevant experience
    U.S. Citizenship required
    Highly proficient in multiple program types (CPAF, CPFF, LOE, FPLOE, FFP, T&M, IDIQs, etc.)
    Must be well versed in MS tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc.) to include advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPS, and pivot tables

    Candidates must possess an understanding of financial management as it relates to funding, revenue, cost, profit, Accounts Receivable, subcontracts and purchase orders.

    Must be analytical, possess excellent communication, presentation skills and have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
    Must be experienced working in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects and deliverables are being worked simultaneously.
    Ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines
    Ability to organize in order to effectively manage action items.
    Must be able to multi-task and support program with efficiency and accuracy

    Remote Must be able to support EST hours.
