    produces medical formulas and foods for the management of a variety of medical conditions and we are continually innovating new nutritional options targeted at a wide array of diseases.

    They are presently seeking a

    Quality Engineer

    to join their team, located in

    Ayer, MA.
    Responsibilities

    Optimize internal and external resources to document an ISO compliant Quality Management System (QMS)

    Enforce ISO programs and train individuals that have a role in ensuring required compliance.

    Ensure that the quality system is established, implemented, and maintained through internal auditing.

    Maintain the ISO QMS to comply with quality certifications and working with certifying bodies to schedule and reschedule audits.

    Conduct investigation of NCRs, OOSs, customer complaints, deviation, CAPAs, troubleshooting and other quality events to determine the root cause.

    Analyze and report on quality systems data as basis for improvement.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree preferred.

    2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, or related industry is required.

    Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

    Knowledge and experience analyzing and reporting on quality systems data as basis for improvement is strongly preferred.

    Experience working with a Quality Management System is required.

    Experience in working in a diverse work culture is strongly preferred.

    Experience working within a team culture and environment is essential in this role.
