Job Description:

Realty Executives Knoxville is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to help lead our marketing team in creating compelling marketing collateral for our agents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Suite, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with agents and team members.

This position reports to the Director of Communications.


Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a marketing team responsible for creating various marketing materials for agents, including flyers, booklets, brochures, digital graphics, and more.

Collaborate closely with agents to understand their marketing needs and goals, providing creative solutions and support.

Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.

Oversee the print process for marketing collateral, including selecting vendors, obtaining quotes, and managing production timelines.

Oversee work orders and work flow, ensuring all projects are accounted for and being worked on in a prompt manner.

Work collaboratively with other departments.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant software.

Strong understanding of print processes and specifications.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Customer-service mindset with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding agent expectations.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
