    Sr Dispatcher

    The Sr Dispatcher coordinates and directs the movement of vehicles equipment and personnel using transportation management and optimization software. This position supports internal broker drivers manages high-volume logistics operations and serves as a key liaison between drivers management customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate vehicle equipment movements using TMS Shaleapps NexTier logistics software
    • Analyze resolve complex logistical problems
    • Manage large volumes simultaneous deliveries proppant equipment chemicals etc.
    • Maintain knowledge DOT regulations HOS requirements driver endorsements

    This role focuses on safety efficiency regulatory compliance continuous process improvement within our supply chain operations.
