- Work directly with Healix and specialty pharmacies to coordinate the processes and procedures for tracking inventory, shipping, and reutilizing inventory for all specialty medications across the practice
- Communicates with providers, nurses, managers, and patients to track specialty medications and biologics given or received
- Collects all necessary documentation to complete timely and accurate submission of prior authorizations for biologics and specialty medications, as necessary
- Runs reports to track appointments/biologics inventory and maintain the integrity of patient charts
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Certified Medical Assistant preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficient and accurate with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), charting, flowcharting, and general computer skills
- Previous experience with Biologics/Prior Authorizations preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- CPR certification required

Family Allergy & Asthma is looking for a detail-oriented Allergy Medication Analyst to work in our Clinic
Location: 9800 Shelbyville Rd, Suite #220, Louisville, KY 40223
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $17 - $19 / hour
