    Professional development and growth opportunities.

    Leading and managing the sales team to achieve specific sales objectives, including setting sales targets and metrics, developing sales plans, analyzing data, and projecting future sales.

    Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions.
    Participating in contract negotiations and closing agreements to maximize profits.
    Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
    Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting and reporting the results to the senior management team.
    Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the construction sector.
    Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Ability to travel as needed.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
