    This acclaimed and highly ranked medical center offers the most comprehensive heart care in the state of Wisconsin, including a highly rated cardiac surgery program, award winning interventional and heart failure programs, states first and most successful heart transplant (including multi-organ transplants) and durable mechanical circulatory support programs, state's largest remote hemodynamic monitoring program, states only accredited pulmonary hypertension, congenital heart disease and cardio-oncology programs, an advanced electrophysiology interventional program, a 24/7 state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization lab with all available options for advanced percutaneous interventions for our cardiogenic shock team, and the state's largest structural heart program.

    1.0 FTE AHFT Cardiology clinical practice opportunityJoin 7 Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologists and 4 experienced Cardiac SurgeonsOutreach clinic approximately one day per weekProficiency in Cath lab procedures, including invasive hemodynamic assessments, myocardial biopsies, diagnostic coronary angiograms (optional), urgent temporary MCS devices (optional) and PA pressure sensor implants (optional)On-call for AHFT team onlyEncourage participation in medical education of general cardiology & AHFT fellows and internal medicine residents and medical students, and regional CV conferences hosted by Advocate HealthParticipation in ongoing advanced HF, transplant, MCS & xhmxlyz PAH researchEPIC EMRBe part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service lineLeverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signatureExperience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patientsSalary: $559,301 plus annual incentive bonus up to $50K Sign-on bonus
