    Allied Position Job Notes:
    Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

    MRI Tech - MRI RAD Tech


    Job Details:

    • Work Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday and Tuesday 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM
    • Weekend requirement includes Sunday shifts
    • No on-call or floating requirements
    • Perform high-quality MRI scans for radiologist interpretation in efficient and timely manner
    • Minimum 1 year MRI experience preferred
    • Must have IV start experience and ability to maintain/remove IVs

    Required certifications:
    ARRT certification in MRI and BLS through American Heart Association


    • IV certification preferred
    • Manipulate exam parameters to better serve patient requirements and adjust for patient size and body habitus
    • Advanced knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy required
    • Perform QA/QC in accordance with ACR guidelines
    • Use power injector and vital signs monitoring equipment for critical patients
    • Advanced knowledge of contrast media and appropriate reaction protocols required
    • Manage patient flow and obtain pertinent patient medical information
    • Lift, transfer, and position patients and equipment exceeding 50 pounds regularly
    • Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and various body fluids in magnetic field environment

    The radiology department emphasizes teamwork and efficient patient flow while ensuring thorough and accurate diagnostic imaging services.
