Job summary

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining a first- impressions environment at the facility front desk. Duties include phone triage, addressing requests for services and performing client call backs and documents all call activities.

Answers inquiry calls about facility services and availability, performs pre-registration, verifies insurance eligibility,

Facilitates assessment and/or intake to facility services when appropriate. Provides administrative support to the department of admissions,

Educación/Experiencia/Skill Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in social work preferred.

Licencias/Designaciones/Certificaciones: CPR certification required (training available upon hire).
