    Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the on-site technical authority and problem-solver for wellness system installations.

  • Lead job sites with a "player-coach" mentality, actively participating in installs while guiding crews.

  • Diagnose and repair Watkins, Gecko, and Balboa electronic/plumbing systems on the fly.

  • Coordinate and direct subcontractors on pool and spa projects.

  • Ensure seamless integration of plumbing, electrical, and thermal systems.

  • Train and mentor English- and Spanish-speaking crew members.

  • Oversee project flow to maintain Hamptons Happiness' "Better, Best, Elite" build standards.

  • Take ownership of site-level scheduling, inspections, and performance.

  • Represent the company professionally on all job sites.

    • Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in field-based construction or technical leadership.

  • Deep expertise in spa and wellness systems—specifically within the Watkins, Gecko, and Balboa platforms.

  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) literacy.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead crews and teach technical skills (bilingual English/Spanish required).

  • Skilled in overseeing subcontractors and managing project flow.

  • Organized, accountable, and trusted to represent management in the field.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • No formal education or licenses required—skills and leadership are what matter most.
