Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Operate POS systems such as LINGA-OS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery during busy nights or special events like buyouts or large gatherings.
- Follow all food handling procedures, alcohol serving laws, and safety protocols diligently to promote a secure environment for guests and staff alike.
Skills
- Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, retail math, or food service environments; fine dining or restaurant bar experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
