    Description

    Position: Model Manager

    Location: ONSITE Dallas or San Antonio, TX

    Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire

    Pay Rate: Up to $45/hr

    Working Hours: M-F 8-5

    Start: ASAP

    Must Haves:

    - Has at least a HS diploma

    - 3+ years of design experience within Revit for commercial or industrial projects

    - Must have a high level of understanding of facility design and be able to set up Revit project sheets.

    Plusses:

    - Management experience

    - Technical design school or certification

    Day-to-day:

    An employer in San Antonio is looking for a Jr. Model Manager to join their team. In this role you would be responsible for:

    - Assisting the Sr. Model Manager with directing all workflow for the design team

    - Ensure that design process and construction standards are met and consistent with quality

    - Collaborate with the Sr. Manager and other business partners to obtain clear direction and consensus on design aesthetic, fit intent, and construction.
