    America's #1 Arch Support Company is growing and we are looking for the best The Good Feet Store is searching for energetic, results-oriented Sales Associates that desire a long term career in sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.

    We are hiring for Sales Consultants with commission sales experience for our Santa Barbara store.

    If you are looking for a position where you can truly make a difference in someone's quality of life, then this is the position for youRESPONSIBILITIESAddress customer inquiries with expert product knowledgeDeliver consistent and exceptional customer serviceEngage with customers throughout our product fitting processPolitely and professionally resolve guest issuesFollow-up on all sales made to customersProcess customer returns and exchangesMake sales and set up appointments over the phoneAchieve company sales productivity standardsAble to promote new company programs and offeringsRestock merchandise REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent is required, some college preferredMinimum of 2 years with commission-based sales/retail experienceExperience with one-on-one sales presentationsWeekends may be requiredGreat communication and interpersonal skillsCompetitive and self-motivatedAbility to perform physical task such as lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, squatting, climbingBENEFITSCompetitive hourly wage and bonus potentialPaid comprehensive product sales trainingFlexible scheduleAdvancement opportunitiesA professional and fun work environmentCompensation: $ $42.00 per hour The Good Feet Store is always searching for energetic, passionate, customer service and sales driven people to join our fast-growing organization.
