We are currently recruitinga Patient Service Representative to help us continue our tradition of delivering quality OB/GYN care at our location in Carmel, IN.The PSR (Check Out) will be responsible for greeting all patients, reviewing the superbill, scheduling upcoming appointments, completing ATOS reports, checking the patient in, checking out patients, scheduling patients, completing all necessary intake paperwork, and for providing support to patients and medical staff.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
Promptly and professionally greet and check in/out patients.
Explain financial requirements to patients; collect and record copays as required.
Perform registration functions for new and existing patients.
Schedule patient appointments per guidelines given and finalize patient schedules for previous day.
Maintain confidentiality regarding all patients.
Adhere to infection control/safety guidelines and confidentiality policies through HIPAA compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
