    Job Summary:

    As a Quote Specialist, Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by accurately preparing quotes for our Sales teams, providing pricing information, and ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.

    Travel Requirements:

    This position does not require any travel. This is a remote position.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Review ICM inquiries and requests for quotes, ensuring that all necessary information is provided .
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes for ICMs based on pricing guidelines, product specifications, and other relevant factors .
  • Collaborate with ICMs and other internal teams to obtain necessary information for customer facing quotes.
  • Communicate with ICMs to clarify requirements, obtain, and provide accurate pricing information and address any questions or concerns.
  • Support the sales process by assisting the ICMs with RFQ's.
  • Act as a liaison between ICM and Global team for Global assistance including but not limited to submission of GPN for Global Cisco deals and other manufacturers as applicable.
  • Ensure that quotes and proposals include all related terms, conditions, and agreements.
  • Perform critical QC functions: reviewing RFP/contract terms, applicable credit and SOWs.
  • Maintain complete ownership of a quote through the entire sales lifecycle of the opportunity including all revisions and updates.
  • Comply with internal quote process workflows to ensure that quotes are reviewed and approved prior to delivery to the customer.
  • Source accurate quotes for both Cisco business and from other Presidio vendors.
  • Validate vendor quotes for run-rate business to ensure accurate pricing and maximize margin.
  • Provide other ad hoc quote support to AM/ICM, Customers, and Presidio internal parties as needed.
  • Understand and enforce Presidio sourcing policies and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Specialists to ensure all deal registrations and other pricing incentives are leveraged.
  • Ensure accuracy of quotes when referencing a state contract for state and local education customers (SLED).
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve quoting and related processes.
  • Other Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales operations meetings as required.
  • Assist with New Hire onboarding support.
  • Receives work direction from department leadership; however, is responsible for prioritizing his/her own work by sales allocation, date needed to fill and logistics of work order.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.
  • Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to interpret product specifications and pricing guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with sales and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM software or other sales tools preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a commitment to delivering outstanding sales support.
  • Flexible schedule to assist in resolving high-priority requests during peak periods.
  • Additional Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in the English language and reading comprehension.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space
  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
  • + years of working experience in sales support, customer service, or related role, with a focus on preparing quotes or pricing.
