    Territory Sales Manager - Orange County, CA

    Location: Hybrid (10% Remote and 90% in the market meeting with potential clients.)

    Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Orange County, CA.

    Annual Salary Range: $40,000 - $180,000 | Uncapped Commission

    The territory includes the following counties: Orange and Los Angeles.

    The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales of our emergency air transport services to the local community.

    AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR) — the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home and ground ambulance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, marketing programs, and networking events.
    • Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow up and management.
    • Closing smart business consistent with AMCN's objectives and practices.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
    • 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions field sales experience preferred.
    • Cold calling experience preferred.
    • Emergency medical transport industry knowledge preferred.
    • Background and substance screenings will be completed.
    • A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
