As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell
Intelligrated, you will provide reliable on-site technical assistance to
internal and external customers in the material handling industry. You will
perform modifications, upgrades, and troubleshooting on existing equipment, as
well as installation and commissioning of new equipment. You will work on
Material Handling equipment such as Conveyors, Palletizers, and Robots, as well
as service/program Allen Bradley PLCs using Rockwell Software. You will focus
on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. You will drive timely
identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis, and replication
of technical issues. You will use your influence to expedite complicated cases.
You will develop a broad understanding of customer needs and product offerings.
You will drive the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools. You will
ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication. You
will perform all activities to company safety standards.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and
you'll work remotely with 100% travel throughout the NE states from ME down to
VA and PA, and occasionally nationwide.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing
technical support and solutions to customers in the material handling industry.
Your expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, along with your
customer-facing skills, will ensure the successful operation and performance of
equipment, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the
organization.
