It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.
JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent with GEDPositive interpersonal relationship skills required.
Complete Medical Terminology Course within 6 months of hire.
Computer literacy required, including the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer services skills, ability to independently problem-solve, and perform basic mathematical calculationsDemonstrate ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills.
PREFERRED:
Some College preferredMedical Terminology preferredOne year of clerical and customer service experience preferredLicense/Certifications/
