    Join our clinical team as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN, where you will positively impact the lives of patients and residents each day. You will have the opportunity to form meaningful relationships not only with your patients but also with their families. Working within an interdisciplinary team including physicians, social workers, dieticians, speech language pathologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists provides insight into various roles working together towards optimal patient outcomes.

    Position Highlights:

    • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
    • Evaluate patients, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
    • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
    • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
    • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

    Qualifications:

    Must be a graduate of an accredited school for practical or vocational nursing. Must hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing or be in the process of obtaining licensure as a practical nurse. Prior experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred. Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification per facility requirements.
