Title: Construction Superintendent

Location: Newark Liberty, International Airport.

Terms of Employment

• W2 Contract, 12 Months (Likely Extension)
• This position is 100% onsite at Newark Liberty International Airport.

Responsibilities

• Support the field activities.
• Coordinate with the subcontractors and the onsite facility workers and manage the overlap and separation of the two.
• Generate daily reports, weekly reports, safety reports, and updates to the current Excel spreadsheets, depending on the scope of work.
• Answer and report to the onsite Project Manager, under their direction.

Required Skills & Experience

• High School diploma and 5+ years of experience directing craft labor on industrial mechanical and electrical construction projects.
• Ability to handle high visibility clients and effectively communicate with varying personalities.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong reporting skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be comfortable working in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Project.
• Flexibility with schedule and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree.
