    MRA The Management Association is seeking a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the multiple business lines of MRA and the ongoing development of our deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and user adoption.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    The Salesforce Administrator will provide day-to-day support of Salesforce, including user administration, system configuration, report, and dashboard design; as well as delivery of training, configuration, maintenance, and support required to ensure information is effectively used in decision-making and operations. This position will also be responsible for supporting the documentation of business rules/requirements for new and existing applications and assisting in the development process.

    Platform Administration

    • Salesforce CRM Management: Administer and configure Salesforce or related platforms, including automating processes using out-of-the-box tools.
    • System Administration: Provide support and maintenance for internal environments, including customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and Flows.
    • User Management: Manage user access and permissions, including granting access and access removal as required.
    • Manage User Cases, Troubleshooting, and Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems in Salesforce, escalating and tracking issues appropriately.
    • Data Management: Standardize, cleanse, and upload external data into the Salesforce platform to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and manage data retention policies.
    • Business Process Support: Act as the "Superuser" expert for specific business units, providing support and guidance on system or application us.
    • System Configurations: Collaborate with team members and internal departments to define business requirements and implement solutions.
    • Declarative Development (page layouts, fields, views, validation rules, formula fields, FLOWS and advanced functions specific to the platform).
    • Sandbox environment management.
    • Ensure all code/solution development follows internal best practice standards.
    • System integration testing, performance testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and defect remediation.
    • Aids in a host of production support activities that include Break/Fix support, maintenance upgrades, transition activities, small enhancements, etc.
    • Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
    • Identify and implement best practices to increase business performance relating to efficiency, improved customer service, and sales.
    • Analyze requirements and system capabilities to provide feedback, gap analysis, identify unused or underutilized platform features, and solution proposals.
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical designs, project plans, and workflows.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of comparable work experience required.
    • Salesforce Admin Certification required and up to date.
